Discuss it
Conversation: During the initial discussion, we’ll discuss the project, pricing and timeline.
Proposal: After we discuss your project, we’ll send a proposal in writing that reflects our conversation. Once the approval is approved, we’ll move to step two
Deposit*: All of our projects require a non-refundable deposit before we begin designing.
Design it.
Creative Brief: After your deposit and contract, we’ll discuss your project in more detail and receive any necessary information from you (text copy, logos, colors, etc)
Design: This is where we shine. Our goal is hand you the perfect project with minimal revisions.
Revise it
Review: We will send you a mockup to review with minimal revisions.* Here we can clarify your vision and perfect your project within the scope of your budget and timeline
*revisions are 3-5 edits not including new conceptsFormat: After the final concept is approved we will adjust the files into it’s needed formats ready for production and shipment
Deliver it
Payment: After we have received your final payment in full we will send your project to you
*Delivery status depends on project type, quantity, timeline, and shipping.
