My shooting style at any event is to be able to tell a story from beginning to end. I also know the value of people being seen and noticed. Our team begins the day focusing on the setup. and volunteer team. As people show up to your event we shift our focus to the little communities happening within your community. We grab candid shots here but also posed portraits with friends and strangers.

As the event progresses we will spend some time on the event itself (presentations, activities, music, etc) and we simultaneously look for the high impact candid shots where your audience is engaged.

The number of images you receive depends on the amount of coverage you book. Typically 75-100 edited images per hour of 2-person coverage.

Large weekend events are typically delivered within six to eight weeks. All other sessions take two to three weeks. Once your photos are ready, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery where you can view, share and download your images. The online gallery will be active for thirty days. For large events (2+ days), you’ll also receive all of your images on a USB, in addition to the gallery, so you’ll always have a hard copy. All packages and sessions include printing rights. You can print and share as much as you’d like. Family and friends may also download, share and print from the online gallery link. I always try to share a preview within a few days of shooting as well so you may post and share with your community shortly after the event.

There will also be an option to purchase prints, canvas, and other keepsakes available.

For large events, A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and the remaining 75% would be due two weeks prior to the event date. For all other small events, a 50% deposit when booking and the balance the day of.
